The SJS Chess Club meets on the 2nd and 4th
Wednesday of every month from 2:00-3:15pm in the
school library. Club membership is open to students in
grades 3 to 8. Beginning, intermediate, and advanced
players are welcome. Snacks and a drink are provided.

interested in participating. Thank you!!
Crazy for Animals Club
The CFA Club is all about having fun with animals by
learning to care for our school pets. The group is open to
any current SJS 6th grade student and meets on
Wednesdays from 2:00-3:15pm. Students can sign up
for one or two Wednesdays a month. Please contact
Mrs. Torres if you would like more information on the CFA
Club.
Boy Scouts
St. Joseph Church hosts Cub Scout Pack 90 for boys in
grades 1-5. Cub scouting provides a quality year round
program that emphasizes character development,
spiritual growth, citizenship, family and fun. Monthly pack
meetings are held the 3rd Thursday night 7:00pm in Noll
Hall. Please contact Pat Kunkler if you are interested in
the cub scout program.
Quilting Club
The SJS Quilting Club meets every other Wednesday.
Facilitated by Ms. Otte, and Mrs. Nancy Metzger, club
members are learning many new and rewarding life
talents. Keep up the good work!!
Girl Scouts
St. Joseph Church hosts several Girl Scout groups for
girls in grades K-8. Meeting times vary depending on the
grade level. Please contact Shelly Voet if you are
interested in the girl scout program.
